These terms cover your use of apotheosistech.com, which is run by Apotheosis Technologies, LLC in Sylvania, Ohio. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Projects have their own agreement

These terms are only about using this website. When you hire us for a website, a Care Plan or consulting, we send you a written quote and a signed agreement. That agreement is what governs the work, including the price, the schedule, what's included and who owns what. If anything on this site differs from your agreement, the agreement wins.

Client portal accounts

If we give you an account on our client portal, please keep your sign-in private and let us know right away if you think someone else has used it. You're responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account that's being misused, and we'll close it when our work together ends if you ask us to.

Prices and offers

The prices, timelines and offers on this site describe what we usually provide, and we may change them at any time. Your actual price and start date are the ones in your written quote. Launch pricing applies to agreements signed by November 30, 2026, as described on the home page.

General information, not advice

The articles, examples and explanations on this site are general information. They aren't advice for your particular business until we've talked about your situation and agreed to work together.

Using the site fairly

Please don't use the site or its forms to send spam, pretend to be someone else, send harmful code, try to break in or overload the site, or collect other people's information. We may block anyone who does.

Our content

The text, design, logo and photos on this site belong to Apotheosis Technologies, LLC, except where they belong to someone else. You're welcome to share links to our pages. Please ask before copying our content for your own use. Cahoot and MileGauge are our own products and their names belong to us.

The client websites shown in our portfolio, along with their names, logos and photos, belong to those clients. We show them with their permission.

Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, including our clients' sites and the scheduling pages run by TidyCal. We aren't responsible for what those sites contain or how they handle your information.

No guarantees about the site

We work to keep this site accurate and running, but we provide it as it is. We can't promise that it will always be available, error free or up to date. Any promises about your project are in your agreement, not on this site.

Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, Apotheosis Technologies, LLC isn't responsible for any indirect or unexpected losses that come from using this site or not being able to use it, such as lost profits or lost data. This doesn't change anything in a signed agreement between us.

Ohio law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. If a dispute about this site can't be worked out by talking it through, it will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Lucas County, Ohio.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
